Raise the flop, he could ship QQ+ or even a FD over your raise.
As played, bet more on the turn.

on the river you're shoving for value vs hands like JQ JA 3's 7's? pretty narrow range once on the river which is why we should raise before.

I think both calling flop or raising has merits. If he is barrel happy I like calling (compare to when you have 33 and he just never folds Jx, then I'd be more inclined to raise not saying it's a must).

Bet more on turn definitely. Value all day! He can pot control AA there because QJ is obviously a resonable part of your range and he doesn't expect you to call Jx that often anymore with the Q overcard.

When river hits, sort of agree with DecMate. He barrels QJ, 33 and 77. What can you shove for value against? I know, it sucks since you have a set but does he bet/call AQ or worse? Can you completely discount KT? No idea if I could stop myself from shoving in game but when I look at it now it might just be a call until you see him doing some fishier call downs and plays.

Well, yeah.. we have a set no idea if I would just call here when playing. I definitely wouldn't always shove but I think I shove more often than I call and it's probably not the best play if our assumptions are correct, most importantly about his calling range vs our shove.
