      This particular board texture requires you to pay special attention to preflop ranges.

      Given that this guy seems tight (13/6) and given the starting positions, I think when he calls us on the Flop here his range is much more weighted towards AX than 9X. I also think this guy doesn't bet 9X on the river very often. His size was also way too large.

      So I think you can just c/f after betting Flop. His high Fold to Flop Cbet indicates that he isn't the type of player to float a hand like KsQs on this flop.
