      I personally would just fold the turn as you can't really be beating anything if he bets the river. And especially if he's unknown - check min-raising the turn is usually a bamalama(good) holding.

      Also on the flop i'm betting 1$-1.20$ at least vs unknown as you can get away with it.

      I think you should check the Turn. There aren't really any draws on the Turn we can represent so I'm not too sure how often 99 or 88 is calling the turn. we also cant go for 3 streets of value anyway and thus i prefer bet check bet.

      as played definitely bet/fold. he has a T here almost always.
