      You likely would take pot down often enough pre-flop that 3-bet is profitable, although I think call is likely more profitable, since you can always push out marginal hands if you c/r postflop.

      On the turn I would likely go c/rai, since it seems quite bad card to barrel. If I barrel, then I would prefer betting there 13$ that leaves nice potsize river shove

      I usually don't 3bet small pocketpairs unless it's with the intention of 5betting against a 4bet. If not I prefer call or fold.

      Turn: I think your bet size is fine. Both of you have put in 20$ in the pot, and villain is left with 30$. so That's a 75% pot size bet. You can go slightly larger, like 10 or 11 but not a huge deal.

      I don't see any reason to take any other line. C/R makes more sense if we expect a ton of floats but on this low board I think we just hope he has 98 or 88 which will call us on the Turn again. It will be really bad if we check and he checks back Turn with those hands and pot control Turn.
