      Preflop you could go for raising but if CO doesn't fold a lot to cbet, or the blinds are very active I like overlimping.

      On the flop and turn checking is fine.

      On the river raising is fine and when he shoves it's really ugly.
      It really depends on what do you know for the opponent - for example do you think he is capable of doing that with 32?
      Without any information I'd probably just let it go and muck the hand because I think you are going to run into straights here quite often.
