The villain was playing with stats 18/14/0 in 70 hands. No reads for his actions after flop.

On Game No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (6 handed) - On Game Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.com

      CO ($3.74)
      Button ($4.52)
      SB ($0.98)
      BB ($4.46)
      UTG ($5.68)
      Hero (MP) ($4.96)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J, A
UTG calls $0.04, Hero bets $0.16, CO calls $0.16, 4 folds

      Flop: ($0.42) J, A, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.34, CO calls $0.34

      Turn: ($1.10) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.70, CO calls $0.70

Can we ever valuebet the river? If yes, how much can we bet?

I think there's a pot size bet left.

      We have 4 options here
      1) C/C
      2) C/F
      3) B/F Halfpot
      4) Shove

      1) C/C is good when he has busted flush draws here. I don't think that's the case
      2) C/F is good when we know we cannot go for value on the River AND he hardly bets worse hands (both as a bluff and for value) on the River
      3) B/F halfpot is good when we know he calls a lot of weaker AX hands but never bluff raises
      4) Shove is good when we think he calls AX regardless of our bet sizing.

I think our best option is option 3 here. I doubt he bluffs us cos he's a nit. And if we bet too large he may just make a nitty fold.
