pre: i didnt wanna 4bet/c cause BB is a huge nit
turn: i didnt raise cause i wanted them to draw to their flushes and if i raise my range very much looks like Kx/QQ here
river: i bet really small to maybe get some crying calls from JJ/TT/Qx

or is it better to just bet big otr cause JJ/TT/Qx are almost never calling and there might be some slowplayed AK/KJ/KT possible which will 100% call?

They either have a K a Q a flush or nothing. U have 2 Qs urself so that makes it likelier that they have other stuff. I wouldnt bother trying to extract value from qx or worse so just bet larger.
