      Hi BigAl,

      Preflop: BTN is not a full stack so he may be a recreational player. I don't like 3-betting as a bluff versus these type of players without more information. We may be able to do it as a thin value 3-bet however we don't know anything about villain besides the stack.

      So, personally, I'd just call here and play postflop.

      Flop: As played I don't mind the cbet/fold. We have a gutshot and we can represent this board ok (he can fold low pairs, low connectors).
