      iPoker - $0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
      Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

      UTG: $10.37
      Hero (MP): $10.85
      CO: $10.06
      BTN: $6.27
      SB: $10.05
      BB: $20.06

SB posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has Q:heart: A:spade:

UTG calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.40, fold, fold, fold, fold, UTG calls $0.30

      Flop: ($0.95, 2 players) Q:club: 7:diamond: 7:club:
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.68, UTG calls $0.68

      Turn: ($2.31, 2 players) 6:club:
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.50, UTG calls $1.50

      River: ($5.31, 2 players) 6:spade:
      UTG checks, Hero checks

UTG shows Q:diamond: 5:diamond: (Two Pair, Queens and Sevens) (Pre 29%, Flop 11%, Turn 3%)
Hero shows Q:heart: A:spade: (Two Pair, Queens and Sevens) (Pre 71%, Flop 89%, Turn 97%)
      Hero wins $4.96

Villain is 84/23 over 33 hands and is a huge fish, limp/calling from UTG with stuff like T4s.

Is there value in betting the river here? I'm pretty sure this guy could call with a weaker Q all the time, but I feel like it's rather thin.

Also, against such a passive opponent, should I bet bigger on the flop and turn to get even more value?

      Hi Tino,

      Preflop: Looks fine

Flop: Cbet is fine for pure value/protection. Could be larger versus fish.

Turn: Despite the FD coming in we can still get value from Qx and pairs, especially ones with a club.

River: I would actually bet/fold this river, especially on the double paired board. I can't see him folding 88-99 or any Qx and may even call the random AcX that he has.

We lost clear value here. I'd make it $3-$3.5 here.
