      Hey,

I would 3bet or fold pre. The blinds seem a bit aggro and when you call it becomes an invitation to squeeze with such a big sizing pre by CO. That brings me to my next argument for squeezing: not a small sizing from CO means more dead money usually. Yes, you make your position count less a bit since you lower the SPR but unless CO can exploit that, you are just making him put in money now to play incorrectly later in a bigger pot. :D

Yes, I prefer 3bet or fold pre (usually 3bet). This way I isolate CO and avoind being squeezed by the blinds. If you just call your hand can't handle a squeeze and you don't have initiative. If you 3bet you can also represent a stronger range postflop.

Don't you think it's also here best to take the safe approach and just fold pre since 4x is mostly a stronger range. He's prolly not folding to many cbets either

Did he open a different sizing before? I don't read much into open sizes, those tells happen more postflop. You can't say whether he folds more to cbets or not just from his open raise size, unless you actually have a read it is a stronger range.

Folding pre is 0EV. I can only say against most players I would think 3betting is +EV. If you think you can't make a profit this way just fold pre. You don't have to play the same as others, have your own plan based on your skills.

Was on my phone when I wrote that and was freezing outside. Wanted to mention another thing about playing based on your skills.

This doesn't mean you should not work on improving skills and possible getting on tougher tables to test yourself and learn. It means that unless your purpose was that, just choose the action that so far fit quite well with your game plan and is working.
