      I almost never put people on one hand but only AQ makes sense from him. He doesn't have any flushes because you have 6h and Ah is on the board. He folds to some cbets so he doesn't float OOP with suited cards with no pair. In some unlikely scenario he has 77 but there are way more AQ combos than 77. I think value raising is a must. Given though that his range (lol, I'm 90% sure it's just AQ) is not very strong I'd actually just minraise and hope for a crying call.
