I started learning to let go top pair good kicker vs Overbets on the river recently :f_biggrin: and I feel it is saving me some money when I am beat.

I am steal worried though not to let go of hands which I might have good equity in or might have the best hand.

I chose this hand below which I folded to the river.

Do you think by the way the hand was played we could ever call there?

      Villain is playing 17/14 with a 3bet of 6% over 270 hands

      Hi Elchipriota,

Preflop: We can also squeeze as a bluff to attack the dead money.

Flop: Checking to PFR is fine.

Turn: Calling one bet from SB is fine.

River: It's possible that SB has a worse Ax although he would probably not pot the turn there with one. So we can even check back.

Otherwise bet/fold is the best line, especially to an overbet shove.
