Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Reproduzir mão

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      SB:
      $73.07
      BB:
      $72.97
      MP3:
      $61.75
      CO:
      $46.35
      BU (Hero):
      $49.75

Preflop: Hero is BU with A, 9.
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, SB folds, BB calls $1.00.

      Flop: ($3.25) 6, 6, 6 (1 players)
      BB bets $4.75

      BU fish 55/14

      BB 1.3k hands
      call open 13%
      donkbet flop 15%
      Agg freq 54/43/35
      WTSD 30%
      WWSF 51%

I think he could some sort of PP that doesn't want to give turn for free but I definitely can see him trying to take the pot away with air since I'm "stuck" between him and the fish.

Is it not a HU pot? What fish?

Anyway, quite a snap fold. His donkbet stat is not super high, you have a weak A high, if he does it often you can get some reads by keeping track of board texture and people in the pot (like you mentioned a fish here but it's not 3way according to Hand History). If you want to float you are relying on him bluffing now and being able to bluff him off a full house. I probably said this already in the forum but trying to make people fold made hands is not the way to get ahead in poker. There are only a few specific opponents you can do that against but most give in to their curiosity and call more than optimal.

Oh, it's still a fold. You would have BU behind, people don't really bluff in multiway pots as often as you need them to in order to play back with A9o. I would actually play quite honest here if I were you, just play my hand basically, depending on what other info I might have on BB based on based pots.

If he is a reasonable reg he's doing this with just about all value hand targetting the fish and it's hard for you to do anything because good hands are usually way ahead so just call to let the fish hang himself.

In short, you don't raise for value here almost ever and BB is not donking weak => fold.
