      Preflop: Looks good.

      Flop: This is worrying. A nit donks pot into us however I can still see him do it with overpairs. Calling is fine.

      Turn: His small donk is polarizing his range (either complete nuts or a weaker hand). I am not ready to fold my hand so we can raise him. We can even put him all in here. He only has 7 combos of sets because the board paired.
