      Poker Stars $5.00 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players - View hand 2032111

      BTN: $5.23 - VPIP: 21, PFR: 0, 3B: 0, AF: 5.0, Hands: 14
      SB: $1.89 - VPIP: 9, PFR: 9, 3B: 0, AF: 1.0, Hands: 33
      BB: $2.66 - VPIP: 45, PFR: 0, 3B: 0, AF: 2.3, Hands: 228
      Hero (UTG): $5.02 - VPIP: 21, PFR: 16, 3B: 4, AF: 2.0, Hands: 62509
      CO: $6.56 - VPIP: 26, PFR: 15, 3B: 0, AF: 1.4, Hands: 121

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is UTG with T :club: A :diamond:
Hero raises to $0.10, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.10, 1 fold, BB calls $0.05 Raised this amount because shortstackes in the blinds, but this might be a mistake, they arent aggro, so it's an easy fold vs 3bet anyways.

      Flop: ($0.32) A :club: 7 :club: A  (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $0.20, BB calls $0.20, Hero raises to $0.80, BTN calls $0.60, BB raises to $1.40, Hero folds, BTN raises to $2.65, BB calls $1.16 all in
Checked because hard to bet for value on the flop. After the BB called, I put somoene on a FD, so I have to protect. But now the BB suddenly MINRAISES. I'm really not comfortable stacking off here.

      Hi Imimba,

Preflop: Considering that BB is a big fish and SB seems nitty I would make it 3x here. If SB 3-bets we can still fold.

Flop: So how can we not bet for value here?

      Worse pairs can call: yes
      Worse Ax can call: yes
      Draws can call: yes

      Value spot: yes

As played I feel BB can have better Ax hands but also all the worse ones. He may also have draws. And given his stack I wouldn't be so worried. My only concern is actually BTN that's left to act and he has a full stack.

Don't forget BB only called initially just to min-raise after? What range do you put both on? What equity do we have?

Folding is still probably the best play but it's close. So when does it become a call/shove? AJ, AQ or AK? or fullhouse+?
