Hey I do not like how I played the hand. First some info of this player, pretty standard VP 16 PFR 11 3bet 5% ... This is the classic situation with AK out of position where if you hit you can play for stack and if you do not you need to fold.. I give him JJ QQ maybe KK even if we block one K. I did not have much to protect because we have the nuts I do not think he 3bet me with 88 or 66...so I could just check call the flop and donk the turn? he bets pretty big...

      Hi Cekpirus,

Preflop: Against a tight guy UTG vs UTG+1 we can easily muck this hand unless villain has been 3-betting a lot in EP.

Calling is the worst option and while we lucked out now in the long run we won't be doing very well.

So I recommend you fold this preflop.

BTN vs blinds or CO vs BTN is different and the hand would play differently.

As played we should slow play this flop. There are no turn cards we are afraid off (except a spade that might kill our action). I don't mind raising but we shouldn't shove to give him a chance to make a mistake.
