      Hi.

U should give reads cos this is a read dependent spot. Ultimately ak is a bluff catcher here. Any reason why u didnt 4bet pre? Was he really tight?

It was an anon table, wasn't using HUD at this time so no reads sorry.

So vs. unknown what should I do, call 3bet, 4bet or fold? If I 4bet then I'm obviously shoving here too.

Not very comfortable 4bet shoving AK against unknowns.

Where do you think the 4-bet/shove value comes from?

It comes from the times that villain folds his 3-bets and occasionally when he shoves a wide range.

Even against a range like QQ+, AK we have 42% equity, which is not bad at all.

Considering he is 3-betting BTN vs CO and we were trying to isolate I would imagine villain has quite a few bluffs in his range.
