      SB 32/22/1.8/11.0/32.450hands
      17%FTcb/ 41%raise cbetOOP

      BU 21/18/1.5/8.1/33/207hands
      25%raise cbet

Plan was to check flop, bet turn/river on good runouts.

      UTG: $68.41 (273.6 bb)
      Hero (MP): $25 (100 bb)
      CO: $25.45 (101.8 bb)
      BTN: $25 (100 bb)
      SB: $28.81 (115.2 bb)
      BB: $21.38 (85.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.75, CO folds, BTN calls $0.75, SB calls $0.65, BB folds

      Flop: ($2.50) K Q 5 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $1.75, SB folds, Hero calls $1.75

      Turn: ($6) 5 (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      River: ($6) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.10, BTN raises to $7.60, Hero?

I was gonna say cbetting looks better but seeing that they like raising cbet then calling with TP and backdoors can't be bad.

One question about river: What do you expect to get called by when you split vs all Kx? I think check/calling river is better than betting. When you bet small you should usually have an idea/plan if you call a raise or not depending on it's sizing already. Usually, if you never expect to get raised, when you do you can probably fold and be OK about it.

Well I bet small to try and get Qx or something like 99 88 to hero call.. Maybe I should have bet even smaller than that though. I thought he can call worse since I probably don't check too many Kx OTF.

When he raised I thought he reps so narrow & I may have induced a raise by betting small, so i felt I have to call.

Regarding the flop check, if they had a normal FTcbet 50~60% would you rather bet/bet/decide river? I probably take that line w/o backdoor clubs

He does rep quite narrow indeed and calling shouldn't be too bad athough I'm currently not sure how many people turn hands into bluff here.

Regarding cbetting: I just don't want to get raised because it's hard to defend so checking allows some pot control against people that raise cbets often. If they don't fold but call, then cbetting is fine because you still get value. Against aggro guys you get just as much, if not more value by checking.

Without backdoors it's ofc easier to bet/fold.
