      What do you think about this hand. Specially about turn potbet, is it always some strong hand and I should fold. He usually didnt potbet.

      folding is my default line, you just get way worse odds to call vs a pot sized bet. The most relevant stat here is his flop and turn cbet

      It could be a call vs some, but probably a fold vs most players, even if he plays such a wide preflop range.
