I cold with this hand because I like to play against him. He doesnt't fold with top pair good kicker, so If I hit good I get often full stack.
On flop should I raise him, to protect from draws? What when he reraises, is it fold? I generally have this problem with top 2 pairs, I am not sure how strong it is for all in (if there are no obvious straights or flushes, or trips).

standard, i prefer to call flop raise turn with sets though, but with 2 pairs I have a slight preference for fast playing it on the flop, since it is a strong but more vulnerable hand.

not sure why you are doubting your play, when you made the right decision here.

I think I played it right, but I am doubting because he reraised, so it looked to me as set, because on flop he raised 0/24.
