I think villain can have lots of 2-pair hands.
Against following range I have 44% equity:
      QQ-JJ,44,ATs+,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,ATo+,KTo+,QTo+,JTo

I was going to raise the turn bigger but didn't want to scare away Ax hands weaker than A9.

      Had no stats on villain

      hi.

I would just raise the flop right away when he bets so small. call flop raise turn is fine if he bets larger.

river is close, he could have random crap or maybe just make a bad bet with 2 pairs but i think he is going to have QX most of the time. It's mostly a matter of pot odds if we call here, and I do think his flop weak leading range contains many gutshot type of hands.

If he had bet any bigger i could find a fold but when he bets slightly under half pot it is a really tough spot, i don't mind a call.

u must definitely discount 2 pair combinations cos i think 2pair is not betting the river every single time and it's really optimistic assume he does it all the time

Would you remove the JT and QT hands from that range?

I think his small bet was the main factor in me calling. I was getting pretty good odds

Since we hold two Ts and there is another one on the board he is very unlikely to have JT or QT.

The small bet on the river could be a worse hand for value or even a cheap bluff plus we get 25% pot odds.
