Villain is pretty loose, somewhat passive, somewhat aggressive. I figure he'd cbet this board. I guess he didn't. I guess not much else I can do at this point but bet potsize and hope he raises?

Against pretty loose players like this (27/15 but not many hands) is it better to just lead?

Party, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 7 Players

      Hero (BB): $2.84 (142 bb)
      MP1: $2.47 (123.5 bb)
      CO: $2 (100 bb)
      MP2: $2 (100 bb)
      SB: $2.41 (120.5 bb)
      MP3: $2.06 (103 bb)
      BTN: $2.23 (111.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9 9
4 folds, BTN raises to $0.08, SB folds, Hero calls $0.06

      Flop: ($0.17) 9 A J (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      Turn: ($0.17) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.17, BTN calls $0.17

      River: ($0.51) 4 (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.49, BTN folds

      Results:
      $0.51 pot ($0.02 rake)
      Final Board: 9 A J 3 4
      Hero mucked 9 9 and won $0.49 ($0.24 net)
BTN mucked and lost (-$0.25 net)

      Hello,

      Preflop calling is fine.

Checking the flop with the intention to check/raise is good.

On the turn betting is fine.

On the river I'd bet smaller. Board is heave and for now he didn't show that he has a good hand so I'd bet around 2/3 here.

      Best,
      Plamen
