3 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, SB raises to $1.20, Hero?

Another shot on nl10, and I'm getting runned over AGAIN. PPl 3bet here so much, this is insane. I feel like I'm getting 3betted ALWAYS. I have such a huge urge to 4bet-bluff here. I really dont like getting pushed around constantly here. Do you know a good article/book about vs 3betting? Or I'm just overcompliacting it...

Can we 4bet for value? -NO
Can we 4bet for bluff: well, if he bluffs, than yes. Can he fold AQ, JJ-TT to a 4bet? possibly.
My 4betting range looks pretty strong, so he SHOULD fold everything except premiums.

      Hi Imimba,

Preflop: We can 4-bet bluff here with our blocker. I'd make it about $2.5 or so given his 3-bet is 12 BBs.

One thing to keep in mind is that while people may be 3-betting a lot more all we need to do is keep our calm and don't spew off (like 90% of them do).

Play smart, 4-bet with blockers in situations where our FE is usually high enough (like here) and call IP once we know more about villain. And as we find more info we can also expend our 4-bet value range if needed.

Again the key is not to fall into the trap of calling too light or 4-bet/calling garbage because you are frustrated.

Also, if people 3-bet you a lot either switch the table or stop stealing so wide, tighten up preflop a bit when you have aggressive guys to the left.
