      Should I have reraised at any point? Against just the LAGtard I probably reraise flop, but the other player complicated things and I wasn't really sure what to do.

      Hi,

      If you want you can 3-bet pre-flop, since min-raise usually is marginal hand that are going to fold to 0.4$ raise.
      Postflop I would prefer raising flop for value, since he would usually not bet there that small with stronger hands.
      As played: I would definitely raise turn 0.4$. You have there best hand most of the times and should protect against draws.

      River fold is fine, seems like CO mostly has there AK, 9x or JJ
