BU is 3bet happy, before 2/4 handen 3bets from BU, and also 1 out of 7 from BB. His stats are 27/25 on 50 hands.

How do I react to a player like this on my left? Do we just leave the table, or is their a profitable way to play against him?

What do I do in the current situation?

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.20(BB) Replayer
      SB ($14.40)
      BB ($20)
      UTG ($17.44)
      UTG+1 ($10.53)
      Hero ($24.11)
      BTN ($22.84)

      Dealt to Hero A:club: 2:club:

fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.60, BTN raises to $1.80, fold, fold, Hero ???

with such limited info, i prefer the aggressive option. just 4bet-fold. I think his 3bet is 3X which is not exactly small enough for us to want to call. If lets say he makes it 1.5 or 1.6 i would then start considering a call but still without too much info i think itś really tough to play this profitably.
