      ok to raise preflop and take the initiative? or better check and bet a lot of flops

      That´s why I don´t raise small pp-s if loose player completes. If you don´t hit set you´re all sort of trouble if player likes to bluffraise or float.

      I think 3-betting flop 0.48$ sometimes should be good option, since he is likely bluffing there (some players would min-raise Kx, but a lot would just call)
