1)Maybe flop raise should be larger a bit?
2)Was my Bet/fold good on turn?

... i followed with a big bet on turn, and after he raises me and one guy behind him to act i think i`ll never see a worst hand at showdown if I jam, it's just very unlikely for him to re`raise(pretty much equals as a push) in that spot with 99-QQ or a FD.

Yep, I agree that flop raise should be larger a bit. The board is very wet and we have 2 opponents, ~pot size would do.

Just a couple of hands ago someone wrote about turn: "overbet always beats a pair". I think it can be applied to 3-bets as well :) However, it's darn hard, because we get 4.5:1 pot odds (we need to be ahead only in 19% cases). Still I would fold, since I cannot imagine a weaker hand 3-betting in two opponents on such a board.

      Good fold, imo.

PS: we raised the turn, not betted

True, raised from that 10c bet... that did not have any efect on my raise sizing... if he checks i still bet 3$ there

I'd raise bigger preflop - at least pot size.

I'd make it around $1.5 on the flop.

Raising again on the turn is good and your sizing is fine.
When SB reraises folding is fine in my opinion. I don't think he raises a worse hands here.
