99 does great against 5% range however i had extra info displayed what i ignored sadly at that moment that he limps 14% and raises 14% of his limps which is the nuts range, folds his limp 37% to raise too.

      Hello,

So the main thing here is do we expect him to limp/shove his top range or something like middle pair/broadways.
Since he actually do have some raising range I think we can expect here from him to raise his strong hands (such as JJ+, AQ+).
If we give him a 4% range of something like this - TT-77,AJs-ATs,AJo-ATo we just have 56% and could easily call.

Anyways, we don't really know what type of hands he stacks off with and 99 will be the worst hand to play for stacks here in my opinion since even against TT+, AQ+ we are slightly behind.

      Best,
      Plamen
