Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      BTN: $1.22 (61 bb)
      SB: $1.82 (91 bb)
      Hero (BB): $2.64 (132 bb)
      UTG: $0.65 (32.5 bb)
      MP: $4.34 (217 bb)
      CO: $3.23 (161.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J K
UTG raises to $0.04, MP calls $0.04, CO calls $0.04, BTN calls $0.04, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.24, UTG folds, MP calls $0.20, CO folds, BTN calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.81) J 8 8 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.40, MP folds, BTN calls $0.40

      Turn: ($1.61) Q (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      River: ($1.61) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.58 and is all-in, Hero?

My preflop question is pretty obvious :) Is it possible to play like that at all, and if our hand is strong enough for this.

      River: Are we beaten here?

      Hi,

I would not fold, since he can always shove there worse hands and after hitting tp on the flop you should be pot committed. I would likely put him all-in on the river or on the turn, but if you want you can always c/c to induce shove from worse hands

      best regards,

      Thanks.

Could you please also comment on the squeeze preflop? :) raise-sizing and hand strength are of particular interest.

I mean, it's just some madness. They can't all have pockets and decide to call, can they? KJs is not the best drawing hand to call behind.

      Hi,

Since you´re at the BB you can always call. I would also likely 3-bet, since min-raise does not show strength, you have relatively good hand that can flop good draws or good tp hands and also you don´t mind taking pot down pre-flop.

      - likely not and if they call then they don´t always call with pp-s, some would call suited connectors, some broadway or Axs hands.
