PF: Villain is aggro and I decided I didn't want to play a 3-bet pot OOP so I just called.

      Flop: I play X/R w my Top2.

Turn: Not a very good card, I tanked and checked which I guess was a huge mistake on my part. In the end, because of IPoker's software again, I time out in 10s and auto-folded. I leaning towards a call as Villain is so aggro and can have any Ax, or AJs and just see my X as weakness.

As played, I think I should have played b/fold instead? On River, if no 4th :club: and no J comes, can I shove because there are still worse hands he will call like worse 2 pairs?

      Hello,

So if we don't 3bet AK in this spot what are we 3betting here? KK+ only?
I think we have an easy 3bet here.

On the flop, having top two pair check/raising is fine.
Also this is a really good board, since he'd expect us to 3bet KK+, AK and we can hardly represent anything.

On the turn I prefer betting and I'd fold against a raise.
When you check, I think you can call and call on the river too.

      Best,
      Plamen

      Hi Coach,

      I don't know. ?( I used to 3-bet w AK against LP Raisers.

I posted a similar hand before but I was in BB. BTN OR 3x, Sb flats and I 3-bet w AKs. Coach Bogdan disagreed and said if we are 3-betting for value, we need to think what we're gonna do when we get 4-bet. Because if we're gonna fold, then we're turning our hand into a bluff.

I have also been thinking about what he said and it's confusing. I agree w him to an extent, I also agree that we can 3-bet for value vs OPP who call 3-bets lightly but have low 4-bet. I posted this on my Beginners' Course thread.

Soo as I thought about what Coach Bogdan said, I actually only 3-bet for value w QQ+ and sometimes AQ+ against super loose Open Raisers. The rest of my 3-bets are for bluffs like suited Ax, broadways and mid suited connectors.

I hope you can check out my question to Coach Bogdan and add in your input if you have the time because I'm confused about 3-betting and need some help. It's kinda long though. Appreciate your evaluations so far, thank you!
