      BTN: $2 (100 bb)
      SB: $6.86 (343 bb)
      BB: $2.56 (128 bb)
      UTG: $2.05 (102.5 bb)
      MP: $1.10 (55 bb)
      Hero (CO): $5.63 (281.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A K
UTG calls $0.02, MP raises to $0.08, Hero raises to $0.26, BTN folds, SB calls $0.25, 2 folds, MP calls $0.18

      Flop: ($0.82) J J 9 (3 players)
SB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $0.54, SB calls $0.54, MP folds

      Turn: ($1.90) 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.28, SB raises to $2.56, Hero folds

      C-bet is standard, yup?

How about the 2nd barrel? I 2nd barrel 64 bb for a second, isn't it too expensive for a semi-bluff? On the other hand, check/folding would be not very cheap as well with a pot of 95 bb.

My fold...well, now looking at the math part, I see that my pot odds are 4.5:1. However, I don't have a nut FD, so I don't know...hard, hard, hard.

      Hi German,

      Preflop: looks good

Flop: I wouldn't say cbet is standard versus two players on the flop. Mp is short enough that if he shoves we have to go with the hand with him.

What did we know about SB?

As played what do you expect SB to fold on the turn to our bet?

This was this bloody zoom poker that I promised myself not to play anymore :) So nothing at all.

...aww...nothing :f_rolleyes: Nothing he called the flop with. Maybe apart from A9s... Damn it, why am I so dumb during the game?

Could it help me if I stick to a rule:

"2nd barrel as a bluff on a scare card for the villain, and NOT for you"

      or

"When you consider 2nd barreling, ask yourself what of his call range the villain would fold on this turn". It's a bit longer though.

      :f_biggrin:

You want to go with the second one. Ask yourself about ranges, always !

And yes it would be best to stay away from Zoom at first. Too much autopilot poker which slows down your progress.
