Hello guys ! I want to share a couple of hands that I've played in my super session, losing 10bi in 1 day... I have been playing a lot in the last 2 days so I am very tired. My bankroll is down and I have to drop a limit, right when I have to get my 50$ Vpp bonus on stars... I will have to play double the hands on NL5 now in order to make take the 50$ until 31 Dec 2012.
Sorry about my life story ! Here are the hands:

The guy was labeled as a blue fish and I was sure that if I flop something, I can have his stack easily. He didn't really share the same opinion :) ))

Maybe this was a crazy bluff, but I took my shot... I took advantage of the board pairing and I fired my last hope :) . I was thinking he had something like JJ or even QQ and it would've been easily fold-able. Even that would've been a tough call for me, and I think I would've folded it, but I guess that me and the dude didn't think alike... Anyway, who calls a 3bet with an 8x?!!? :)

I think this is well played on my behalf... Pot committed, and in my vision 15 outs against his QQ. If he had JJ, that's life, but didn't ever think that he had 77 ... ?!?!?!?

Those are my "best" stories of this limit, I hope you can tell me where did I do wrong and see you in NL5 for the 3rd time now...

      P.S. I am a stupid :f_cry: and life sucks ! :D

Discover for yourself stop-loss limits, make them really strict, and promise yourself to chop your finger off if you break it :s_thumbsup: ...or even two fingers :s_thumbsup: :s_thumbsup:

      Hello,

Really bad that you lost 10 BI in one day. I wish you all the best in recovering the losses but I want to give you an advice - don't try to play in order to chase a bonus, but play when you feel good and ready to own them on the tables.

      Now to the hands:

      #1

I prefer folding 45s even against a blue fish.
Hand doesn't really play good and even if we flop two pair, as for know we are not super comfortable stacking off. Also our FD is dominated very badly.

On the flop - raise it bigger - $1.5. When he shoves, if you think he could do it with worse then calling is fine.

      #2

      Squeezing preflop is good.

This is one of the boards that I'd just not cbet and let the hand go. We don't need to fight for every hand, right?

As played, no reason to shove the river. We pretty much represent nothing and I expect to get called a lot here.

      #3

Squeezing is fine here, maybe you made it a little too big.

Bet/calling on the flop is by far the best option here. Nothing much to comment on here.

Anyways, I really know how bad you feel right now, but you have to keep moving forward and play your A game. Stacks come and go, but knowledge stays forever.

      Best,
      Plamen
