      You have a note saying he turns hands into bluff on river.

      He value bets KK+ so his value range on river that beats you is 76, 86, maybe A6 but even some of those cbet. It's a call imo simply because he doesn't have many value hands. I think you don't even need him to bluff more than a few busted diamond combos or TT-JJ type hands to snap call this.
