Villian raises 11% of hands on turn, for 1700 hands. Dont know what to do with top two pairs against mini raise. Maybe he can do it with AJ I dont think he can have two pairs here. Maybe he does it with flush draw on turn, but rearly.
In party poker they mini raise a lot, especially many of them call with QQ+ and then mini raise. On river I think it was a bad call because I evene lose against QQ+.
I called because he didnt bet big, and sometimes he could do it with straight or flush draw.

      Hi mlatasrb,

Preflop: looks fine, what are the other stats on him over these 1700 hands?

      Vpip/pfr/AF/ etc.

We shouldn't use just one stat.

As played We can call the turn with top two because of position but on the river the only thing we beat is a Jx hand or bluff. Let's see his aggression by street and any other notes you may have and we can make a decision.

I think he would be a strong hand bigger more often than not.

His PFR is 6, VPIP 19. Flop AF 1.31, Turn, AF 1.56, river 2.71
Considering his low AF maybe the best fold turn? And his VPiP of 19 tells us he has tight range, so he cant have worse two pairs? He 3bets only 2% so it looks like only with AA, KK, so he doesnt have it here. Then he could have only set.
