Flop I think a value raise is fine, also I make SB fold flush draw. Turn I'm a bit unsure about my sizing, I think I shoud definitely bet for value against Kx, my problem is if I bet 17$ I arrive to the river with a 20$ stack and a pot of 65$...

Valueraise is probably OK but not sure about your sizing. It's 3x, so not sure how much he's peeling versus that? Although I guess he also has some worse kings which obv are not folding. As played on the turn I would bet slightly bigger. You are worried about SPR but I don't think it's a huge concern. If the river is a diamond and he donkshoves all-in we can still comfortably fold. He probably does not donkshove any other rivercard. So bet like 13$ seems about right.
