      Hello,

What's the reason for the 3bet if you are going to fold when he shoves?
If we go for 3bet then call his shove.

      Best,
      Plamen

At that moment didn't have as many info but what i knew that he didn't 3b once, and that his sb steal range is wide. I need about 37%~ after my 3b and if he does it with TT+,AJs+,AJo+ i have 31%. So call is -0.18 ev, he needs to do it with at+,22+ to be barely profitable.

Ok then, so without any info looks fine.

What do you think about a smaller 3bet pre, though? Villain seems to be a middle stacker and if we make it $0.4 we need less FE and also loose less when we 3bet/fold as in this spot.

Do you think it's a good idea?

      Not sure

      It's a tossup between
Wanting to valueraise against his insanely wide range for more
If faced with shove i have risked less

Obviously meant as a value 3bet that most probably cannot call a shove based on current intel.

Would you raise smaller against him like .4 or even .35 ?

I think that sizing for the value raise wouldn't matter, since I don't expect him to call and play OOP so he'd probably just play shove or fold.

So overall, I wouldn't mind to make it $0.4 here.
