Judging from RFI not positionally aware.

Are my actions reasonable against such an opponent?

Should I fold against a tag in the same situation? (If I manage to find any at nl2)

      Preflop raising is fine.

On the flop your cbet is good and when he minraise I prefer stacking off on the flop.

      Your turn play is good.

TAG is a very wide concept - there are "TAGS" that I'd go broke here always, and there are "TAGS" that I'm instantly folding here. It all depends on their postflop tendencies.

In general, I wouldn't fold my two pair in this spot on NL2 against an unknown.
