      i dont think the 7d really helped / improve your hand but helped him a lot.
      only thing you beat is AK / AQ which would probably 4bet preflop.

      Your preflop 3bet seems a bit ambitious to say the least. He doesn't fold often and is also not playing a huge PFR. What's his MP open raise?

      Assuming you 3bet as a bluff preflop, how has your hand improved to beat hands he just flats preflop? Use the same thinking on turn. You basically beat AQ with Qd and not much else... Can you put T9, 89, 78 in his range to raise/call pre?
