On the flop ch/c or just bet? I`m not sure how wide is his calling range but i assume he has a lot of Ax,PP and some suted broadway hands.

Can i value bet turn or river vs some pair+draw hands or call a bet?

I think preflop, flop and turn is fine.

Preflop is clear, Flop it's hard to get value and you usually just get called by Ax and fold the rest or you get floated by some hands but still can't check/call later.

On the turn, it's close but since your hand is 1 street of value max, I think checking turn to induce TT and below to 'protect' and some 78 to bluff is fine.

River could be a thin vbet since Ax would've bet already imo and Qx, Jx will be suspicious of you check down so far.
