      It may sound weak but I don't see any value in a flop bet. AQ, KQ, QJ, JJ crush AA. T9, KT, flushdraws do OK vs AA. What is there to pay you have so that you can get value against his whole range? This is also 3way on the flop, more chances they have a hand and also your hand becomes a lot weaker.

      But then, am I on XF here then?
      I don't see a XC going anywhere nice.

      Yup. It's just so hard to be ahead here I would actually just check/fold. I don't always lose the hand because they sometimes check as well so then you can be more confident they have a hand such as Jx, TT or lower pair. When they bet you are crushed and usually also when they call.
