Not much to analyse in this hand, he just hit his fullhouse at the river.

Usually at these limits when opponent 3bet the river especially big it is always for value. But can I ever fold my trips there?

      Hey Nick,

I don't know, honestly. Maybe we should start from just calling the river, not raising? We might consider it as wa/wb situation, and inflating the pot isn't our goal here.

Tough decision anyway. Let's wait for someone with more credible opinion :f_biggrin:

PS: No one 3-betted the river by the way ;)

      Hi Elchipriota,

Preflop: Ligther ISO but IP is fine.

Postflop: As played I don't see value in shoving the river. It's hard to assume villain overbets with anything worse after the way flop/turn was played.

He can easily have 88, 78, slowplayed 77/JJ. So I would decide between a call and a fold. I'd call if villain was aggro in the past and we can expect him to donk like that worse 7x (which may be rare) and fold otherwise.
