      Hero (BB): $55.73 (111.5 bb)
      UTG: $51.19 (102.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q A
UTG folds, MP raises to $1.25, 2 folds, SB calls $1, Hero raises to $4.75, MP folds, SB calls $3.50

      Flop: ($10.75) 5 3 6 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5.50, SB raises to $11, Hero raises to $50.98 and is all-in, SB calls $33.86 and is all-in

I assumed here that he will go broke with any overpair and any and maybe FD, so I think that I have a flip here, but I am not shure though.

I think you will be a bit behind against his range when you get it in but nothing too major. You should have 45% at least overall imo so I agree with going broke. What you have to keep in mind is that call/call is usually a pocket pair or good suited broadways so expect 33-66 here in his range (including 44 imo) and some overpairs as made hands but not many flushdraws. You have A and Q so he is left with KJs, KTs, JTs which don't always play to get it in on flop.
