Was it OK to bet 2 streets with 2nd pair on such a dry T high board?

How likely this guy is calling me down with 2 overs?

Should I just Cbet once on the flop and then Ck/F?

The river card potential gives villain a higher pair & a back-door flush.

The bet sizing seems more like a value bet than a bluff so I folded.

How do you like my play here?

      Hi,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I would 1/2 flop/turn here if I go for two streets of bets.

As played I would fold the river as well. Villain could block bet the river with a hand like Tx, JJ.
