      Hi noulispa,

      Preflop: looks fine

Flop: He's not really a half stack. He started the hand with almost 80 BB which 4/5 of a stack (or 75 which is 3/4).

Unless we have any reason to believe that he can raise worse for value (so KJ hands) I would actually bet/fold the flop. If we think he can raise Jx hands then 3-bet the flop and go with the hand however our equity (overall) won't be the greatest as he can have any combination of the hands that beat us: J7, J8, 87, 9T, 77, 88, JJ

hmm before you make the decision to call his raise on this flop you should ask how willing you are to play for his whole stack on a later street. because once he raises and has a ~potsize bet left ott then he is most likely going to be getting that in. so if you don't really want to play for this then imo just fold the flop which is probably the best thing to do here. besides sets and straights he can also have some combo draws that we aren't doing very well against.
