i am raising at least to 2 $i in sb s bb situation . dont like contibeting too much this flop against a fish because they float with any pair , draw , even a high . as played i fold to his turn bet

He had to call smt on your turn bet, so either he:
      - has nothing and floating
      - has pair and you have to fire 2 more barrels to hope for fold equity
      - has draw and you´re ahead
      - has trips or better and you´re drawing dead.

I think that most of the times player holds here pair and I would mostly c/f turn even against 2$ bet.
