Is it ok spot to check raise for value? Then once scare card comes, should I bet around 50%? And I am not sure if I should bet river, Q is also scare card for me :)

      Hi mla,

      Preflop: looks fine

Flop: What do we know about the opponent? This play is very dependent on the opponent type because with that raise we are isolating ourselves against a stronger range.

In this case he calls 88 but most people would fold 88 to a ck/raise there.

As played I don't mind the small turn bet if we can expect him to call flop with 77, 88, 9x but it's very thin.

This guy was unknown to me. Generally I notice in NL10 they dont usually fold to check raise on flop, so this time I did it for value.
