my thoughts preflop were just call IP vs his minraise because i dont know if he'll go broke with a weaker hand given the positions here. im used to this line being pretty strong.

on the flop, it's just a bit weird. i've seen people do this a few times and imo they aren't thinking "i have a flush so i'm all in", because if they have a flush they think more along the lines of "omg i flopped a flush... check." and become all trappy and 'try not to scare me away'. what do you think?

      can i go broke here?

      Hi DrDunne,

Have you ran an equilab here against a potential range that he does this with?

Considering we have the NFD we are in decent shape (plus TP).

His line is very polarized and he is repping AA/AK/KK type hands and maybe QQh. He can have some flushes but which (because Kh and Ah are gone)?

      So I wouldn't fold here.

edited in with the full HH.

i saw TPTK + NFD and just snapped it off... his bet is stupid. i dont expect to always win here.. but i didnt even consider my equity vs a worst-case-scenario range.

but even vs a range of: AdAs, AdAc, AsAc, KdKs, 4d4s, 4d4c, 4s4c, 3d3s, 3d3c, 3s3c, QhJh, JhTh...

we have 35% equity. even if we add 1 combo of AQs as a bluff we are almost flipping and so if he has AQo here or even some other hand then we are a favourite.
