      I think you have to call his shove, but often enough you´ll see him holding QT.
      But luckily you have 10 outs against set+ sometimes he would also shows up flushdraw, two pair, Kx.

      Is betting away the best option? shouldn't he check/raise the flop (so drawy)?

      Betting is fine, since you won't always get a bet from an opponent here (because a draw will likely see a cheap turn and a low K is less likely to bet). The turn push is fine btw, you'll be ahead more often than not. No need to be paranoid about QT ;)
