Hey I decided to 3 bet because he is very loose, he raises first 21% of hands (28% in early position). Maybe I could 3 bet stronger as I am OOP like 1.20$? Maybe I could bet more on the flop? On the turn if I call his min raise i think I am committed maybe he could have a set or TJ?

      Hi,

As long as we expect villain to call with a lot of hands versus our 3-bet then it's fine. Otherwise we are just turning our hand into a bluff.

Considering you underbet the turn I will not be folding here. The only question is if we should shove or just call. Considering that the board is somewhat connected and that TT/JJ can call a shove (and KQ/QJ) I'd just go with the hand here.
