Villain is 25/23/120h aggro reg. Didn't 4bet so far tho but has 9% 3bet 4 AF..

I thought he could call with many worse hands being this deep... Should I just have called because I don't want to go broke preflop or is it still fine?

I thought this was a good spot for him to 4b bluff and I had the best hand from the hands I wouldn't go broke with so I did 5bet bluff.

Fold when he 4bets. Yes, it's an excellent spot for him but so far he didn't show the tendency to be the one to take too many such spots. You need more info to make such plays imo.

When he 4bets though, I don't really like 5betting any hand, especially without dynamics. I would mostly call there given 150bb stacks. I think regulars change their ranges quite and thus would have already called many decent hands that don't want to get 5bet. This means their range becomes quite polarized and when you 5bet so does yours. With dynamic I would 5bet expecting some bluff shoves and without dynamic I would flat because I expect some folds vs it (which is nice when you have A2o but which aren't that great when you have AQo). OOP of course sucks but I think it's too good of a hand to turn into a bluff here.

You have to weigh his bluffs and value hands and given that he is not much out of line in 120 hands I would keep it solid.
